The 107th meeting was jointly organized with ÖGOR Working Group „Theorie und Praxis der Optimierung“ and took place on Sept. 27th-28th in Vienna, Austria. The title of the meeting was „Practice of Optimization in Transportation“ and hosted by ÖBB. More information are available hier.
The 106th meeting entitled with Applied Methods from Mathematical Optimization und Machine Learning for e-commerce“ was hosted bei Zalando in Berlin on October 6th and 7th, 2022. More information and the abstracts you can find under the following link: invitation and agenda.
The 105th meeting took place on Sept 9th & 10th 2021 at Hilti AG in Schaan, Liechtenstein. This meeting was jointly organized with Markus Frey (Hilti) and the GOR working group „Projektmanagement und Scheduling“, entiteld with The logistics of value chains in the 21st century: Digital, sustainable and optimized.

The 103rd meeting took place on November 21th-22nd 2019 in cooperation with Fraunhofer ITWM, Kaiserslautern under the titel Multicriteria optimization and decision support in industry. Further details are available in the invitation and the conference booklet of the event.
The 102nd meeting entitled with Mathematical optimization for the Hidden Champions took place on April 11th-12th 2019 and was jointly organized with Hochschule Pforzheim and Industrie- und Handelskammer Nordschwarzwald in Pforzheim. Further details can be found in the agenda.
The 101st meeting took place on November 22-23, 2018 under the title Mathematical Optimization meets Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence in Bad Honnef. Further details of this meeting are available in the agenda and in the invitation.
The 100th event entitled Mathematical Optimization in the Real World has been a special one. Supported by GAMS GmbH (Cologne, Germany), we met on April 12th and 13th 2018 in Schloß Spindlhof in Regenstauf. The talks were covering the topic mathematical optimization from a historic and applied view point, and even more such providing a visionary perspective.

The 98th working group meeting entitled Mathematical Optimization in Aeronautics and Space took place on May 18th and 19th 2017, at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) in Braunschweig. The 86th working group meeting on April 07/08 – 2011 was hosted by (Inform GmbH) in Aachen.
The title of this symposium was: The Impact of OR onto Industry and Society. In 2006 Inform GmbH was awarded the first „GOR Company Award“. This event was supported by Lufthansa Systems Berlin GmbH Part of the symposium was a visit and a guided tour through the nearby double church St. Mary and St. Clemens in Schwarzrheindorf as well as Cologne airport.
We experienced an exciting event with many talks focussing on advanced mathematical optimization methods such as column generation and Branch&Price in the application fields of airline, train and bus traffic optimization.
